Log your tastings

Oysters take in the flavors of their surrounding environment like no other shellfish. In Alaska, this means glacial inlets, old growth forests, and the crashing waves of the outer coast.

The Oyster Log allows you to track these differences in farms across the state, including taste, shell size/shape, and texture to explore what makes the perfect oyster to you!

Eat Oysters, Win Prizes

Each new tasting you log with an accompanying photo enters you into a monthly drawing to win the prizes below! The more oyster tastings you log, the better your chances are to win.
