Salty Lady Seafood Co. is a small, family-run oyster farm in Juneau, Alaska. We love each and every one of our oysters and think you will, too! In 2018, Meta Mesdag decided that she wanted to start a new business that would allow her to work outside with her three kids, so she started Salty Lady Seafood Co. to grow world-class oysters in Juneau. All the hard work of that goes into growing a sustainable food source in a small town in Alaska has provided the challenge and reward she hoped for - everyone in the family contributes to the success of the farm, and the community has shown tremendous support from the start.
