Tommaso Shellfish started over 15 years ago and is a small family owned and operated oyster farm that is nestled in the cold remote waters of Sea Otter Sound, near Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. We aim to be good stewards of the sea and take pride in growing Pacific Oysters that reflect the remote environment of Sea Otter Sound’s coastal landscape and surrounding old-growth temperate rainforest.
